Request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you're not satisfied with our service.
Annual plan subscribers may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused months after the 14-day period.
Lifetime plan purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee for a full refund.
Due to the nature of lifetime access, refunds are not available after the 30-day period.
Alternatively, email billing@certifynow.io with your account email and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
