- Task 1.1: AI-assisted development tools to generate, review and optimize code, and integrating managed AWS AI services into applications.
- Task 2.1: presigned URLs for secure, time-limited access, for example with Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront.
- Task 3.1: building and managing container images, for example with Amazon ECR, Docker files, image tagging and lifecycle policies.
- Task 3.2: AWS AI tools to generate tests and automate repetitive testing workflows.
- Task 3.3: deploying containerized applications with AWS container orchestration services, and AWS AI tools to support CI/CD workflows.
- Task 4.1: AWS AI tools to analyze errors and generate troubleshooting suggestions.
- Task 4.3: AWS AI tools to identify optimization opportunities.
Changed
- Unit testing with AWS SAM moved from Task 1.1 to Task 3.2.
- Lambda function performance tuning moved from Task 1.2 to Task 4.3.
- Serializing and deserializing data moved from Task 1.3 to Task 1.1.
- API Gateway stages and custom domains moved from Task 3.4 to Task 3.1.
- The four DynamoDB skills became one skill, and encryption and sensitive data became a single Task 2.2.
- Test Applications and Automate Testing became a single Task 3.2, and Domain 4 merged several observability and optimization skills.
- AWS says these consolidations do not reduce the emphasis on those skills.
